Steve Dworkin, President

Steve co-founded CTS International in Europe in 1984 to supply skilled personnel to major European aerospace conglomerates. Two years later, CTS began operating in the U.S. and in 1991 made a final move to the Seattle area to better serve the growing aerospace and information technology industries. Under his leadership and direction, CTS’s expertise now also extends into the healthcare industry. Steve brought with him to CTS his experience at Transworld Services Inc., an international, hi-tech recruiting firm. At Transworld, he held various management positions and was instrumental in international and domestic operations, as well as in marketing and recruitment for his industry-leading clients. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and International Relations from Hebrew University in Israel.
