Conference Rooms:
Maintain Calendar Management and ownership in Outlook, ensuring users are sending notices to room as a resource, resolving conflicts
Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and/or coordinate trouble-tickets and facilities requests for necessary room malfunctions or needs.
Office Supplies:
Place weekly and ad-hoc orders through SSPN while maintaining supply cabinet kanban system of inventory.
Mail Distribution:
Distribute mail from mail station 5T-99 to HLFC and OPF personnel.
Meeting Organizer and Initiator:
Set-up webex / telecon prior to meeting start, initiate meeting by introducing those on the phone and conducting around-the-room attendance, direct cadence of meeting and access necessary presentations or files, maintain time keeping and any documentation needed during the meeting.
NDA Process and 17-45 CCR Access Management:
Process NDA's and record to Program NDA log, verify NDA approvals and document access requests for HLFC Cleanroom.
Server Management / RIM Server and Sharepoint:
Access permissions, Records Management according to RIM guidelines and Records Control Matrix.
Management Information System / Presentation Compilation and Communications:
Update and maintain Operating Rhythm, Cadence and Meeting Structure documentation for team meetings.
Compile updated status decks and communication reports (Program LCPT, ADC, FLT, etc.)
