Duties
Conducts standard to complex technical analysis to report on future and current financial performance. This includes analyses on budgets, forecasts, operating results, business plans and investment opportunities.
Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis, using various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical and graphics packages.
Actively participates and plays a key role in the departmental budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assists in the development and maintenance of budget monitoring systems.
Develops templates to collect and compile budget data.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within functional area.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Receives general supervision and detailed instruction on new projects.
Understands company practices and interfaces with many management levels.
Viewed as a technical resource internally.
Skills
1-3 Years of cost accounting experience preferred; Strong technical skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred; Knowledge of SAP ECC/BW preferred; and Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Education
BA/BS or higher and 2 years of related experience or MBA and no significant related experience
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
