A DDC (Direct Digital Controls) HVAC Technician to join a growing team.
REQUIRES: Skill Assessment test prior to hiring
Candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience installing and servicing DDC systems
- Two years minimum experience with Tridium/Niagra AX systems is preferred, not mandatory
- A Niagra AX Certification is preferred, not mandatory
- Washington State Electrical License (06A, 07, 01) for local candidates that have been working in WA state.
- Ability to interpret drawings and add notes or changes in the field to be submitted to engineering for CAD updates
- A strong understanding of the sequence of operations for complex mechanical systems
- Valid Driver's License and driving record required.
- Ability to pass a drug screening test
