This position will support the procurement of non-production IT software in support of product systems; specifically engineering, manufacturing and supply chain systems. The successful candidate will: act as an authorized agent of the company with the responsibility to commit company resources through contracts and agreements for the procurement of goods and services; develop and sustain company and supplier relationships; oversee and govern supplier related activities; manage contract lifecycle (inception to closeout); lead regular supplier performance reviews; ensure compliance with all relevant company procedures and contract requirements; develop and issue requests for information, quotations and proposals; manage request for Proposal/Information/Quote activities; define performance expectations and establish, gather and evaluate performance data and metrics; develop and lead the supplier negotiation plan and proposal evaluation process (pricing, total cost of ownership, legal terms and conditions etc); prepare and execute the negotiated contractual documents and all other pertinent or necessary binding agreements with suppliers (e.g., teaming, administrative, intellectual property, proprietary information, etc.); interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions with full competency; document procurement decisions, creates contract correspondence, and administers contract changes between the company and suppliers; integrate and coordinate internal and external
JOB SKILLS: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
