JOB DUTIES: The Everett North Site Machining Center has an immediate opening for a Tooling MasterCam NC Programmer for metal and composite applications. The North Site NC Programming team provides NC programs and manufacturing support of Mazak 3 and 5 axis machines, waterjet and other numerically controlled equipment. Plans, creates, verifies, and revise machine control data and provides documentation that directs the operations for numerically controlled machines required to manufacture metal tooling and lexan parts.
JOB SKILLS: Position requires 5 years minimum MasterCam NC programming experience; Company Tool Construction and/or Tooling background preferred; must have working knowledge of NC machining, materials, and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with Enovia and CATIA V5 considered a plus.
Position requires proficiency in the use of personal computer applications and strong written, oral and teaming skills with the capability of working a variety of assignments.
Prefer 4-year technical degree plus 4 years' NC programming, coordinate measurement, or machine operator experience, or 6 years' NC programming, coordinate measurement, or machine operator experience.
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
