Position

Overview

**U.S. Citizen or Greencard**

* Leads weekly architecture team meetings and sub-meetings.
* Translates meeting actions and discussions into detailed project plans based on PMBOK best practices working closely with architecture team members.
* Creates artifacts for team deliverables (TPM progress, visual representation, documenting solutions with supporting data)
* Ensures engineers are executing work statement within schedule constraints. Monitors project execution and performance to plan, including metrics.
* Focal for budget and forecasting activities for the integrated plan.

Airplane Product Development EME:
* Creates EME integrated plan and schedule for all platforms using PMBOK best practices. Helps management to forecast resource needs. Provides recommendations.
* Uses and enhances existing program estimating tools to better forecast full program LRBP estimates.
* Develops integrated plan and schedule for EME test activities. Monitors performance-to-plan.

JOB SKILLS: Prior experience in engineering project management.
Demonstrates proficiency with project management accepted best practices (PMBOK)
Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel.
Ability to multi-task and work under schedule pressure.
Ability to grasp new concepts / processes quickly. Self-starter.
Research and development portfolio experience is a plus.
Prior electrical engineering project management experience in an aerospace environment a plus.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
